Custom HDPE Molds

Since 2021, we have also been producing custom-sized molds. For rectangular molds, most orders fall within the 300 cm x 100 cm range, while round molds can be made up to a maximum size of 99 cm. If you need one, please contact us via chat or by filling out the contact form.

HDPE Round Molds

Round molds can be made up to a maximum size of 99 cm (39"). The molds we manufacture feature a 12 mm (0.47") thick base and are precision-cut using CNC technology, providing a very solid foundation for larger projects. The wall is reinforced at the base with special tape and secured with heavy-duty screws. We also include a mini spirit level.
