This mold (eng. mould) of reusable use is intended for professionals as well as amateurs. It is used for pouring epoxy resin, mainly in the production of wooden worktops and other elements.

The Resealable form's feature:

- 0,4" (10 mm) thick HDPE ,

- Walls mold are 2,76” high (70 mm),

- Fastened with screws,

- 4 Extra walls – you can divide to smaller molds,

- 2 Bubble levels,

- Requires new silicone seal for each pour – you have to do it by yourselve (pour resin after 2-3 days).

It is made from HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)- epoxy resin and many other glues will not stick to HDPE.

Smart Mold inside measures: 39,37”x 23,62”x 2,76" (100 cm x 60 cm x 7 cm - thickness of HDPE board: 10 mm).

The biggest advantage is that you can divide the mold into smaller parts and do a few cutting boards or other projects – you have four extra walls from us:

- 39,37” x 2,76” (100 cm x 7 cm ) - 1 pc,

- 23,62” x 2,76” (60 cm x 7 cm) – 1 pc,

- 13,19” x 2,76” (33,5 cm x 7 cm) - 2 pcs..

You can also cut it into smaller dividers for your projects :) !

By purchasing this mold and having three additional four walls that are included in this kit, you can make different dimensions of castings inside the mold, for example: 23"x 23", 39"x 12", 23"x 23" and so on. You no longer have to buy a special size for your needs.

My friend wrote me: "I had the chance to try the mold. And it works perfectly with Jemonite! It's a pleasure to work with. I used it plain without any removing liquid and it's quite easy" - so you can also use Jesmonite there.

The mold is delivered ready to use, but you have to remember that you MUST seal it by silicone, then you are able to pour a resin 2-3 days after that. When you start another work with resin you also have to do a new seal. Seal it inside and outside the mold, it will be 100% sure that there will not be any leeking from it. It is very simple.

I am sure, that it will be your first and the last mold to finish your great project ! ! !
